Is it Okay to Respond to Threat with Immoral or Illegal Action

  No.

Responding to threat is the most ridiculous thing I have ever even heard of. I know that it is a natural thing to do, but it is pointless. The reason that humans are such monsters is because responding to threat is such a normal and casual thing to do. By attacking one who attacked you makes you just as shallow and monstrous! I’m not saying don’t do it, because that may cause you harm, all I’m saying is that threats shouldn’t even be a thing. So scratch out my opening sentence; threats are the most ridiculous thing I have even even heard of. If one is threatened, they will respond, and they most likely will respond with a threat. Threats on top of threats on top of threats.

Now that we have the the stupidity of threat along with responding to it out of the way, we can move onto ways to respond the right way. But first, we must establish the wrong ways. One example I personally have involves stealing. I have had plenty of nice, expensive, cool things stolen from me.. things that I had really liked or enjoyed. Have things stolen from you feels terrible, trust me, I get it. A girl that I was once friends with had one of her valuable items stolen from her, and the way she reacted blows my mind and makes me furious. This readers is the most wrong, disgusting, monstrous, inhuman, messed up way to respond to a threat, one could possibly respond to such a tiny “threat”.

It is important to be able to talk to strangers because it makes you approachable and it makes people want to be around you. Not only will it make people want to be around you, but it will also help you get a job. When in an interview for a job that you want, if you’re able to talk to the interviewer then it will make you seem more appealing. You will bag the job and be a better coworker, rather than one of those coworkers your parents or maybe even yourself, may be constantly complaining about. This is an important skill for your now and your tomorrow.

Another important thing that you make sure to do is job shadow, you don’t want to wake up every morning to go in and do something you hate. By job shadowing you are able to learn if this is a profession you’d like to be a part of. After job shadowing, if you still like this job and are interested, look into doing an internship. This gives you a better feel of the job and looks great on resumes.

Germany Lost Freedom The Day The Treaty of Versailles Was Signed

The Treaty of Versailles affected Germany’s freedom, because it took away Germany’s freedoms of growth in many things. Germany was made to shrink their armies, lose land, and pay war reparations. All of these punishments caused much weakness within the country. Without an army the people wouldn’t feel safe, with less land they may feel less powerful, and having to pay war reparations hurt their economy. With a hurting economy the German people and government, are unable to have the life style they’d had before the war had began. If Germany had a smaller army they may struggle if under attack and in the future when engaging in war because there will be a lower number of trained men. All of these weaknesses relate to each other causing a ginormous weakness instead of one little one.

1. beer fest, book, death of Hindenburg.

2. When Hitler rose to power.

There were many events as to when Hitler gained massive power, some of those events being the release of his manifest, when he’d declared himself chancellor and the death of president Hindenburg.  After Hitler had written/published his manifest, he’d gave speeches and won over many with is charismatic personality, the Nazi Party grew. Once he’d gained this much power, and had heightened popularity of the Nazi, the United States should have been keeping close watch on his man and country. Hitler putting himself in all power should have been the breaking point, and america should have broken their ways of isolation.

If I Had One Day

9:00am

I wake up, just like any other day, but today isn’t just like any other day. Apparently, the ability to feel pain has completely left me, and I’m indestructible for the next 24 hours… I’m not completely sure if this is true, and I’m definitely not going to die trying to figure it out, so I pinch myself. I feel nothing, yet I’m still 310% unsure, so I get out of bed and grab breakfast as if it truly is just another day. I like to play it safe.

12:35pm

I’m completely convinced that it’s true, I am invincible for today, I figured this out when my puppy playfully bit me. Usually when she bites me I feel it, and let out a whispered “yikes,” because sadly, I’m a huge baby, so to me it’s painful. Today wasn’t the same. Oh my, what shall I do? Maybe I’ll save someone.

3:00pm

Yeah, saving someone just isn’t on my agenda today. Wow, that sounds super terrible, but it’s just not something that you plan on doing. I mean, who wakes up thinking, “It’s a beautiful day, I think I’m going to spend it saving people”? As far as I know, no one. I’m just going to pretend it’s a normal day. Why bother being crazy and do ridiculous things.

5:00pm

So far my day has been pretty average, I went out running errands.

Winter Break

My winter break was pretty lame, I didn’t do much more than sleep. For Christmas day this year I was with my mom, and we went over to my grandparents house. I don’t like my mom’s parents house, and I don’t know why I just never have! The house is old, which I don’t mind its just that no one keeps up with it, it’s madly unorganized, smells old, and sort of rotting. Since my mom had grown up with thirteen siblings the house was always full especially when they took five relatives and one of my moms friends at one point, there was no extra money for home repairs because there was barely enough to put food on the table for everyone.

I spent Christmas Eve with my dad and his side of the family, usually I have a blast while with everyone there, but this year I didn’t. We always have spent holidays at my dad’s parents house so that’s nothing new but what was new was we had one less mouth to feed…

We’re All Lost.

Ernest Hemingway’s meaning behind his words, “You are all a lost generation” is that after WWI struck, the beginning of morals/values had changed drastically. The generation that had fought in WWI was full of devastation and new views, there were new ways of coping and new technology, therefore, they had a different spin on things because with all of these new inventions and what they’d saw they had lost their selves. Not only did they lose them selves, but the culture was also beginning to fade away. After the lost generation, technology had rapidly improved, and the difference between right and wrong had started to leave. Many of the things that are right to my generation, generation Y, are meagerly wrong to the generations before the lost generation. Hemingway meant that every generation, beginning with the one fighting in WWI, will be lost. It was a statement, but at the same time prediction. Every generation after the Lost Generation is lost.. Not knowing right from wrong, not knowing with way is up or which is down; we think we’re doing all the right things and making improvements, when really we’re on a downward spiral.

Which Character in Othello are You Most Like, and Why?

In the play Othello, I think that I am Brabantio, not because I am an old racist senator trying to protect my daughter who ran off with Othello, but simply because family matters most to me. After Brabantio finds out that Desdemona has ran off with Othello, which in his opinion is a terrible mistake, he tries to protect her. If my little brother is getting picked on or in trouble I’ll help him out, I am protecting my family because that’s what matters most to me. Even though I will do anything to protect my family, I can’t say I do the same for myself. I find myself having the same problem as Bianca. She’s head over heals for Cassio who doesn’t like her back. I am constantly looked over because I won’t do what Bianca does, which is sleep with them. They’ll talk to me, of coarse, but they’ll stop just as fast as they started.

You Have To Walk The Walk To Talk the Talk.

Social intelligence is a big deal, it effects your rate of successes in a major way! If you’re socially intelligent, then you know your boundaries, how to include others, and how to respond to their mood. Unlike many of the people in my town, most of my classmates are very socially intelligent.

I’ve been exposed to a ton of people in a ton different places, and I have grown up around strangers I guess you could say. I go all over the place meeting new people, making new connections, and sparking up new conversations. Just by exchanging a few words with someone you begin to learn their level of social intelligence quickly, which I don’t think many people realize. If you say things that you were scolded for saying as a child, or at least should have been, to someone that you don’t know too well, then chances are you’re not socially intelligent. If you meet up with friends or begin to talk to someone, and let their friend or yours sit there quietly, then you’re probably not socially intelligent either. Last, but not least, if a person is clearly upset and you don’t seem to recognize or care, then sadly, you’re not socially intelligent.

Social intelligence is also about more then how you interact with others, it’s also based on how you present yourself. In my town the people are not socially intelligent at all with the way that they present themselves. Standing on outside of the store in a group of three, wearing an old, torn up, over sized, flannel pajama pants with a ratty big sweatshirt, smoking a cigarettes is probably the most unsocial intelligent thing you could possibly do! Social suicide, if you must.
